Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Valid for 12 months. The voucher is not refundable cannot be exchanged for cash.

The voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction, no change given.

If a voucher is lost or stolen, contact us. If the original voucher has not been redeemed and you are able to confirm the details of the purchaser, we will re-issue a new voucher.

Vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date, except in circumstances where we have not been able to operate due to closure. In this case, please contact and we can arrange a suitable extension to the validity.
